Issue

System fault messages that begin with the number 23 appear on the franking machine. Some examples of these error codes are:

• 2307
• 2308
• 2309

Cause

There may be an issue with the printhead.

Resolution

1. Turn the  off by removing the power lead from the rear of the franking machine.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Replace the power lead and wait for the franking machine to initialise.
