Error codes 0810 or 081B and the franking machine will not print.

Cause

The franking machine has experienced an internal error preventing normal operation.

Resolution

These errors are always accompanied by another error.

Press C or Clear to clear the error. If the error does not clear please restart the franking machine.

Now search the other error message that appears.
