In order to print labels and postage in SendPro Online, you must have enough funds in your postage account. You are prompted to add more funds to your account when needed, but you can add postage at any time using these steps.

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.

1. Click Settings.
   
2. Select Postage Refills from the drop-down menu.
3. Select Manually Add Postage.
4. Click the + under Postage Account.
   
5. Choose your refill amount from the ribbon buttons or manually enter the desired refill amount in the other box. Note: The minimum refill amount is £10. Please enter an amount that is multiple of £10, e.g. £20, £30, £40.
6. Click Add Funds.

Tip: You are also able to add postage from the print screens when you are creating labels or envelopes. Just click on the + next to your postage account balance displayed at the top of the screen at any time.
