Learn how to resolve the message "Your Windows account does not have sufficient permission to modify these settings" when assigning a label printer in SendSuite Tracking.

Issue

When attempting to assign a label printer in SendSuite Tracking, the message "Your Windows account does not have sufficient permission to modify these settings" is displayed.

Cause

Windows administrator privileges are required in order to assign a label printer in SendSuite Tracking.

Resolution

  1. Select Windows Start > Programs > SendSuite Tracking.
  2. Right-click on Tracking and select Run as administrator.
  3. Select the desired label printer.
