You can print a no value, test print of your stamp label before committing to printing the label with postage added. Follow the below steps to add your label before performing a test print.
Each postage sheet contains 14 blank stamp labels. SendPro keeps track of how many labels you print so that you can print on the next available sticker each time. You can also mark labels as damaged to avoid printing on them or use a new sheet at any time. Labels must be printed on compatible SendPro postage sheets, which are available in our online shop.
- Choose the Send a Letter tab on the Home screen.
- Click Postage Sheets.
- Click the radio button to include or exclude a return address on your labels from the top right of the screen.
- On the right hand side of the screen compare the postage label sheet preview to the postage sheet you will be using. If your postage sheet is new click Use new sheet. If you are reusing a sheet, the preview indicates which label your stamp will be printed on as the next available white box. If this is incorrect or you have a damaged label:
- Click Mark labels as damaged or used.
- Click on the white labels that are used or damaged so that they become grey and marked as damaged.
- Click Apply.
- (Optional) Choose a cost account from the drop-down menu if you are using cost accounts.
- (Optional) enter a memo/reference if required.
- Click the date on which you will be mailing your label from the calendar.
Note: For any postage created after 5pm the date will automatically show as the next day. - Click your service type from the ribbon buttons. Click the relevant link below to continue with set up.
Royal Mail Services
- Select quantity of labels required.
- If you are using the USB connected scale, place your package on the scale platform and press the Scale icon. Alternatively enter the mailpiece weight manually.
- Select the mail type: Letter or Large Letter.
- Select the mail service from the drop-down list.
- Click Add to sheet. You can now add more labels with different services and values if required to another label by returning to the top of the screen.
- Click Test Print Ensure your printer has a plain sheet of A4 paper ready for a test print.
If you are happy with your test print you are returned to the print postage screen.
- Click Print Postageto print your postage paid labels. Ensure that your printer has a compatible SendPro postage sheet ready to print.

- Type in your postage value.
- Click Add to sheet. You can now add more labels with different services and values if required to another label by returning to the top of the screen.
- Click Test Print Ensure your printer has a plain sheet of A4 paper ready for a test print.
If you are happy with your test print you are returned to the print postage screen.
- Click Print Postage to print your postage paid labels. Ensure that your printer has a compatible SendPro postage sheet ready to print.
Surcharge
- Type in your surcharge value to cover any underpayments or surcharges from Royal Mail.
- Click Add to sheet. You can now add more labels with different services and values if required to another label by returning to the top of the screen.
- Click Test Print. Ensure your printer has a plain sheet of A4 paper ready for a test print.
If you are happy with your test print you are returned to the print postage screen.
- Click Print Postage to print your postage paid labels. Ensure that your printer has a compatible SendPro postage sheet ready to print.
