Issue

One or more of the following error codes appears and the franking machine is unable to print postage:

• 2544
• E2544
• 2540
• Meter disabled
• 011b

Resolution

1. Turn the franking machine off by removing the power lead from the rear of the franking machine.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Replace the power lead and wait for the franking machine to initialise.
