Turn on Account passwords to prevent unauthorised use of an account.

Important: You must set a supervisor password to use account passwords.

1. Press Select an account from the Home screen.
2. Press Page Down twice.
3. Select Acct Passwords.
4. Select Turn Passwords ON. You return to the Accounts menu.
5. Press Page Down.
6. Select Edit an account.
7. Select the account you want to have a password.
8. Select Edit acct. password.
9. Enter the desired password.
10. Select Continue.
11. Re-enter the password.
12. Select Set.
13. Press Clear to return to the Home screen.
