1) Search Run (or Right click the windows icon and click Run enter  %localappdata%  in the open box and click OK)

2) Add into Run command; %localappdata%; this will the relevant folder location e.g. AppData/Local 

3) Navigate to in your folder directory to \Paperpost\H-POD\Logs (the folders will be in date format YYYYMMDD)

Logs files to support on any users with these logs can be located Right click the windows icon and click Run enter  %localappdata%  in the open box and click OK.

4) Select all files from today and Zip together

5) send Zip file to intrimail@dms.co.uk
