Datawedge is a handheld system application that interfaces between the handheld scanning function and a third party application (WTS/WTS-P/WTS Lite). Once a bar code is scanned, the datawedge configuration dictates what to do with the scanned data so WTS/WTS-P/WTS Lite can use the data.
