Choose Your Connection
- Installation takes about 10 minutes
- Requires an available internet socket and power outlet
- Installation takes about 15 minutes
- Wireless installation utilises ‘BlinkUp technology’
- Requires access to a wireless network and power outlet

Connect the SmartLink Device to either a wall internet socket or router with the included internet cable.
- Note that lights on the device will remain off.
- Scroll down to Step
Plug the power adapter into the SmartLink Device and into a power outlet.
- The SmartLink Device’s lights will change in colour.
- Once the device is connected to the Internet, the Network Connectivity light will blink green.
- In addition, the SmartLink Device’s Ethernet port light will show green for successful connection status and yellow for network activity.

Connect the SmartLink Device to your meter.
- Plug in USB cable to back of meter and the SmartLink Device.
- The SmartLink’s lights will again change in colour.
- Once a network connection has been established, the SmartLink Device’s USB connectivity LED will turn green and the network connectivity LED will blink green.

Link your meter to your Pitney Bowes account.
Once linked, you can access the benefits of SmartLink and the Pitney Bowes Commerce Cloud. Benefits of linking your meter include:
- Automatic postal rate updates and software updates.
- Remote diagnostics with support.
