Zero the scale to set the weight to zero.

Make sure there is nothing on the scale when you zero it.

1. Press Menu/Options.
2. Press Review (down) until Reset the scale to zero? appears.
3. Press Enter/yes. The weight returns to zero grams and the franking machine returns to the Home screen.
