In this example we are going to process a Special Delivery Next Day letter.

1. Press Home.
2. Place the mailpiece on the scale. The franking machine calculates the weight of the item.
3. Select Class.
4. Press Page Down.
5. Select 1 pm (£500).
6. Select Standard.
7. Select any required extra fees or services.
8. Press Enter to continue, if required. You return to the Home screen.
9. Insert the envelope into the franking machine or press Tape to print a tape
