w1110 (1E36, 1E42, 1E46) label printer green light is flashing and labels are not printing on the SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Ensure that the label printer roll is seated properly when the printer is not printing and flashing a green light.
 
Products affected: SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H20, R2H20, R2H20M, R1H20C, 1H20C, R1H20CM, 7H20C, R7H20C, R7H20CM, 7H20A, R7H20A, R7H20AM)
 

Issue

The green light on the printer is flashing green indicating it is communicating, but the label printer is not printing.

Cause

Ensure you seat the label printer roll properly.

Resolution

  1. Open the printer cover.
  2. Re-seat the label roll.
  3. Close the printer cover firmly.
  4. Try to print again.
