Select default print options so that your SendPro Online software remembers your favourite settings and saves you manually inputting every setting every time you print.

To set printer default settings-

1. Go to Settings​ > Print Options.
   
2. Click the drop-down menu under Postage and choose the default printer.
3. Tick the box to always show this option before printing if you will regularly be swapping between printers.
4. Under Advanced Printer Settings, select the default tray and orientation.
5. Select the default feed, alignment and media orientation for the default printer, to ensure that your postage is printed correctly on your chosen media.
6. The settings are saved automatically as soon as you select them. To proceed, click on any other SendPro option or menu.

You can also set the default label size.

1. Go to Settings​ > Print Options.
2. Click the drop-down menu under Shipping Labels and choose the default label size:
   • Plain Paper - A4
   • Roll - 4" x 6"
     
3. Tick the Always show this option before printing if you will regularly be swapping between print formats.
4. The settings are saved automatically as soon as you select them. To proceed, click on any other SendPro option or menu.
